Blac Chyna Drops Rob Kardashian’s Sisters Except Kim Kardashian From Lawsuit
Blac Chyna recently dropped all of the members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan from her lawsuit except for Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and her ex-boyfriend, Rob Kardashian.
The amended court filing was submitted by Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, on Nov. 9. Bloom spoke with Entertainment Tonight on Thursday to talk about her client’s complaints against the three defendants.
“We recently filed an amended complaint to narrow the issues and parties in the case, which is about slut shaming, revenge porn and killing Chyna’s show after she broke up with Rob. We will continue to aggressively fight for Chyna’s rights as the case proceeds,” she said.
Kim and Rob Kardashian, as well as their mom, Jenner, all served as executive producers of “Rob & Chyna.” None of the other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan were directly involved in the E! reality TV show.
But in the initial court document filed by Bloom on behalf of Chyna, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, as well as Kendall and Kylie Jenner, were also included as defendants. Chyna claimed that the entire clan slut-shamed her on social media as their way of getting revenge after she left the father of her child.
Chyna also claimed that “Rob & Chyna” was set to have a second season on E!, but this did not push through because of her split from the socks mogul. “The unwritten rule no one told Ms. Angela White when she embarked on a relationship with Mr. Kardashian is: the entire family takes it personally if you leave and will come after you, using their fame, wealth and power to take you down,” the court documents read.
“They will get your television show cancelled. They will go after your endorsement deals. They will condone slut-shaming you. They will spread lies about you. They will claim you are a bad mother, without evidence,” Bloom further stated.
As of late, Rob, Kim and Jenner have not yet commented regarding Chyna’s complaints. But when Kim appeared on the “Ellen Show,” she refused to say anything negative about the mom of her niece, Dream, since she may watch the interview when she’s older.
