Dispatch, a South Korean news agency, revealed that Blackpink’s Jennie and Bigbang’s G-Dragon are dating each other and have been in a relationship for a year now.

The news agency shared that G-Dragon and Jennie meet secretly at the former's luxury penthouse located at Hannam-dong in Seoul, South Korea.

According to the news outlet, the 24-year-old singer’s everyday routine showed that she would visit G-Dragon's home after completing her scheduled activities with Blackpink for the day, before returning to her home and would often repeat this process.

The 32-year-old Bigbang singer’s apartment is highly secured with a two-step verification process to enter the building, and also has a separate entrance. Jennie had registered her car into the security system to avoid the verification process each time she visited. She also used a separate elevator that leads to the penthouse directly.

The relationship between the two Idols was reportedly well known within G-Dragon's agency, YG Entertainment. According to Soompi, Jennie's manager dropped her off at G-Dragon's house and picked her up later. G-Dragon's manager would also give her a ride at times.

On Jan. 31, Dispatch spotted Jennie leaving the 32-year-old's home in the morning before heading to the concert venue for Blackpink’s first online concert "The Show." It also mentioned that G-Dragon's car was spotted at the venue that day.

It was also revealed that G-Dragon was also spotted rooting for Jennie at the filming set for Blackpink’s first full-length album and music video, according to Allkpop.

"Quite a lot of people at YG have noticed their relationship. Jennie’s mother is also aware of her relationship with G-Dragon. She’s thankful that he takes special care of her," a source who is a close acquaintance of the two artists told Dispatch.

The news about the two soon went viral and YG Entertainment also released a statement in response to the report but did not confirm the news.

"We can not confirm anything about our artists’ personal lives. We ask for your understanding," the agency stated.
