Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani celebrated their first Valentine's Day as a married couple.

Shelton, 45, posted a sweet tribute to Stefani, 52, on Instagram Monday, sharing a black-and-white throwback photo from their wedding ceremony and penning a short but touching caption to accompany the snap.

"I'm the luckiest man alive," he wrote. "Happy Valentine's Day, @gwenstefani! I love you!"

Fans of Shelton and Stefani gushed over the couple in the comments section.

"Happy Valentine’s Day, you two lovebirds! Love y’all!" one fan wrote.

"You both are so lucky to have found each other. True love and happy anywhere. Happy Valentine's Day to you, your love, the boys and families," another wrote.

Another fan, meanwhile, said that Stefani was also "the luckiest woman alive" to have Shelton.

Stefani, for her part, posted a video showing some of her sweet interactions with Shelton on the set of "The Voice" and during concert performances.

"I feel like you don't like me anymore," the No Doubt vocalist told her now-husband in a clip, to which Shelton responded, "I know. I love you."

The post also showed various clips of them hugging, kissing and performing onstage together.

Shortly after her first post, Stefani also shared on Instagram a short video from their wedding day with her husband's song "We Can Reach The Stars" playing in the background. She and Shelton showed their affection for Stefani's 7-year-old son Apollo in the clip.

"The stars, the moon, my whole world," Stefani wrote in the caption.

In addition to Apollo, Stefani also shares sons Zuma, 13, and Kingston, 15, with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

Stefani and Shelton, who first met on the set of "The Voice" in 2015, tied the knot at the country singer's Oklahoma ranch in July 2021.

In November last year, a source told People that the couple was thriving in married life.

"Gwen and Blake are doing well. They act like newlyweds," the unnamed source said. "They have the best chemistry."
