Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton will be spending their first Christmas as husband and wife, and she's not asking for too much when it comes to the gift giving-aspect of it.

Stefani, 52, is ready for the holiday season. Before Thanksgiving, she sat down for an interview with Entertainment Tonight and talked about her family holiday traditions and what her husband could get her for Christmas.

However, Stefani is already happy and contented with her life. She wants nothing from her husband because he is already doing great in their marriage. So, her Christmas wish is for the whole family to be happy.

"You know what? I thought about this a lot. Blake, you did great, you did great. No, I just honestly, I just want everyone to be happy and have that moment, you know what I'm saying?" Stefani said.

"It feels like there's a lot of stress in the air, and I just want my kids to have just the most great memories that we could ever make together this Christmas, and I know that we'll be able to do that," she added.

The singer is one of the performers at this year's "The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration." According to Stefani, it has been a family tradition for her and her kids — Kingston, 15, Zuma, 13, and Apollo, 7 — to visit Disneyland at Christmas time. She said her parents also used to take them to Disneyland. However, the family never had the chance to do it last year due to the pandemic.

"My parents used to pick us up from school and would be driving down Harvard Boulevard going, 'Oops, we made the wrong turn. I guess we have to go to Disneyland today.' It's just one of those things that we do every year," Stefani recalled.

"We didn't get to go last year. I bring the kids every single year at Christmas time, so I know that they would be freaked out to know that I am actually here right now. They are going to be like, 'Why didn't you bring us?'"

In the same interview, Stefani mentioned how her family loves cooking turkey for the holidays. According to the singer, her mom likes to do her own turkey, while her husband, Shelton, loves to experiment with smaller turkeys.

Shelton also recently spoke with People about how he and his stepsons explore various turkey recipes for Thanksgiving. According to the country singer, they had Flamin' Hot Cheetos last year, so they have decided to do bacon-wrapped turkey this year.

Shelton also admitted that he and Stefani like preparing turkey dishes for Christmas. However, he wasn't sure about their menu this year, but he was certain that they would have pasta timpano again.

"Basically, there are all kinds of different pastas and sauces and layers in this like bread bubble," Shelton explained. "Then you bake it, and you cut these slices, and it's literally the most fattening worst thing you could probably ever eat. But it's also the best thing you ever ate, too."

Shelton and Stefani wed on July 3 in his ranch in Oklahoma. The family returned to the state for the first time after their wedding to celebrate Thanksgiving there.
