She has felt an emotional pull and bond to the baby Steffy has adopted that she feels is helping her move on from losing her own child. However, as Hope arrives for another visit with Phoebe, Steffy could decide she’s growing too close to her daughter on the Friday, Feb. 8 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

After learning Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) had adopted baby Phoebe, Hope (Annika Noelle) decided to show her support by visiting on the CBS soap. She has since admitted that seeing that little girl and holding her was the first thing that made her feel whole again since Beth’s death. Now, she and Liam (Scott Clifton) will pay Steffy another visit as they continue bonding with the girl.

“Hope asks Liam to take her to Steffy’s to visit the baby,” spoilers reveal.

However, Steffy won’t only be surprised that the couple is there, but could start to become concerned. Though she wants Hope to be involved in her kids’ lives since she is Liam’s wife, she may worry about the bond she seems to have to the new baby, especially since it’s coming so soon after she lost her own daughter. As a result, she could later decide that Hope shouldn’t be around the kids as often.

Of course, what neither one realizes yet is that the reason Hope has a connection to the baby is that it really is Beth—a truth that could be revealed later on.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
