They’ve been growing closer ever since he came back to L.A. after Caroline’s death. Now, Thomas will shock his family as he admits he has some stronger feelings for Hope than expected on the Thursday, April 18 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope (Annika Noelle) have grown closer since his return to L.A., especially since she has also bonded with his son, Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) over the fact that he lost his mother, Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) and she was still mourning her daughter, Beth. The close bond they’ve been forming didn’t go unnoticed by Taylor (Hunter Tylo) who felt like there was a good chance to exploit that for Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) benefit, but her schemes were put on hold when she and Steffy took Kelly and Phoebe to Paris for a while. However, Thomas has started to develop feelings on his own—and he will now reveal them.

“Thomas’ revelation about his feelings for Hope takes Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) off guard,” spoilers reveal.

Ridge will be shocked when Thomas shares his feelings with him because he knows that it’s a huge risk for Thomas to takes, especially since Hope is married to Liam (Scott Clifton), and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) refuses to let anything get in the way of her daughter’s marriage.

However, Hope and Liam’s marriage hasn’t been the same since they lost Beth, and she’s increasingly pulled away from her husband because they now have a different vision about their future. However, Liam has been insistent that they can work on and fix their problems—and will continue assuring her that it will be the case.

“Liam believes the love he and Hope share can help overcome her sadness,” spoilers reveal.
