Pre-orders for the album began on the boy band's Weverse shop on May 4.

Meanwhile, BTS is set to skip the 2022 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs), which is happening on May 15. The group, which has been gracing the event with its presence since 2017, will break its streak this year as its members focus on their upcoming album.

Since 2017, BTS has consistently been declared the Top Social Artist at the BBMAs. This year, the Bangtan Boys have earned seven nominations under the following categories: Top Duo/Group, Top Song Sales Artist (Excluding U.S.), Top Billboard Global Artist, Top Billboard Global Song (Excluding U.S.) and Top Rock Song. The group has also been nominated twice for the Top Selling Song award for the tracks "Butter" and "Permission to Dance."
