“Cake Boss” star Buddy Valastro wants to hear from fans after impaling his hand in a gruesome accident.

On Wednesday, the TLC star took to his Instagram Story to share a photo of himself lying in a hospital bed with a bandage around his hand. Attached to the photo was a phone number where fans could reach him.

“Keep in touch, text me at 201-822-9218,” he wrote across the image.

Valastro’s IG post comes after the 43-year-old suffered a hand injury while bowling at his family’s New Jersey home on Sunday.

A rep for the reality star told People that Valastro was spending time with his loved ones when a malfunction in his home bowling alley occurred.

“There was a malfunction with the bowling pinsetter, a common fix in the past, but it turned into a terrible accident,” the spokesperson said.

“After trying to release the bowling pin from the cage mechanism, his right hand became lodged and compressed inside the unit.”

The machine then proceeded to puncture his hand repeatedly. “Unable to remove his hand, he can see a 1-1/2' metal rod slowly and repeatedly impale his hand three times between his ring finger and middle finger,” the rep explained.

Valastro’s sons, Buddy Jr., 16, and Marco, 13, then used a saw to cut through the metal and release their father from the machine.

It is unclear how long it will be before the pastry chef can return to Carlo’s Bakery and get back to doing what he knows best. “It will be an uphill battle as it's Buddy’s dominant right hand, and he will need prolonged recovery and therapy,” the spokesperson revealed.
