Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher have listed their Nashville mansion on the market for $1.45 million. The move comes more than a year after the singer got into a freak accident outside of the house.

On Friday, Variety exclusively broke the news that Underwood and her retired ice hockey player husband have decided to let go of their 7,083-square-foot estate in the opulent community of Brentwood in the south of downtown Nashville.

Based on the property’s selling price, the “Jesus Take The Wheel” hitmaker isn’t really seeking much profit out of the lavish mansion. She apparently bought it for $1.353 million 12 years ago, just before she and the Canadian athlete started dating. If Underwood gets the full asking price, she’ll net around $100,000.

Underwood and Fisher, who recently welcomed their second child Jacob Bryan, have already left the mansion for almost a year now after the tragic accident the country pop singer got into last November 2017. She reportedly had a “nasty fall” that caused her to have around 40 to 50 stitches in her face. She also obtained a serious injury on her wrist.

In April 2018, the “American Idol” Season 4 winner broke her silence about the accident in a letter she wrote to her fans. At the time, she said that her wrist was 90 percent back to normal and her face was healing pretty nicely as well.

Underwood made her first public appearance at the Academy of County Music Awards that month even though she admitted days prior that she wasn’t ready to be bombarded by cameras at the time.

Last October, Fisher teased on Instagram that he and Underwood were moving to their “forever home” that the two of them have been dreaming about for years. However, they didn’t disclose where their new residence is located.

The Nashville mansion the parents of two are selling is described as an Italian style villa that has four bedrooms, four full and two half bathrooms, three floors, and a very luxurious basement. It also features a curved staircase, a formal dining room, a spacious living room, a breakfast area, a library and a gym.
