Move over Chip and Joanna; a new renovation couple is taking over Texas. Former stars of "The Bachelorette," JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers, will be back to gracing television screens together with their new home renovation show, "Cash Pad."

The series will follow JoJo and Jordan as they partner with homeowners to turn their properties into short-term rentals. Viewers will be able to watch along as the couple transforms "unused crash pads into money-making cash pads" during eight half-hour episodes.

“The short-term rental market is booming,” Rodgers, 30, says at the beginning of the below trailer. “Right now, people all across the country are choosing to stay at cool, unique properties instead of cookie-cutter hotels.”

“That’s where we see a big opportunity to make a lot of money and create investments that keep on giving,” Fletcher, 28, says.

JoJo and Jordan met and got engaged on Season 12 of "The Bachelorette" on ABC. Now, three years later, the duo is planning a wedding and starting their new business of renovating homes together.

"Cash Pad" is just one of the many real-estate focused series that CNBC announced back in January. "Listing Impossible" and "Five Day Business Flip," both working titles, were also set to join the network's primetime lineup.

"Cash Pad" premieres July 23 at 10 p.m. EST on CNBC.
