After the recent theft of jewelry worth $200,000 from American fashion model and television personality Kendall Jenner's house, thieves struck again Friday night in Los Angeles, this time targeting Jaime Pressly. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmeda burglary took place late Friday night at a Sherman Oaks home owned by the actress, according to reports.

The police said Pressly was not at home at the time of the break-in. They are still making a list of the stolen items, and the case remains under investigation, according to E! News.

The incident comes just two days after Jenner's Hollywood Hills home was targeted by thieves Wedneday. Before that, the Los Angeles home of Nick Young, a professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers, was burglarized as well, with approximately $500,000 in jewelry and other items stolen from his property, according to ABC7 news.

Other A-listers whose homes have been burglarized in the recent months include Nicki Minaj , whose Los Angeles mansion was trashed from the inside and the singer suffered about $200,000 loss in stolen property. In early February, singer Alanis Morissette's Brentwood home was also broken into by thieves and jewelry worth $2 million and other valuables were stolen, according to E! News.

Minaj's Los Angeles mansion had all the furniture and other items flipped over all over the house as if the burglars were desperately looking for something specific, TMZ reported.

In January, burglars got away with more than $300,000 worth of jewelry from the house of former head coach of the New York Knicks, Derek Fisher, the police said, according to reports. Among the items stolen were his five NBA championship rings.

In the second week of January, rapper, record producer and actor Soulja Boy's house in Los Angeles was burglarized with more than $10,000 cash and $12,000 worth of jewelry being stolen.
