Charlie Sheen is facing a lawsuit from his ex-fiancée Brett Rossi. Although Rossi has kept quiet on social media since her former beau came clean about his HIV-positive diagnosis, new reports claim that the model and adult film star is suing her ex after he “bullied” her into getting an abortion.

TMZ reports that Rossi is suing the “Anger Management” actor because he pressured her to get an abortion after she got pregnant in March 2014. According to Rossi, Sheen never revealed his HIV status to her. She says she had unprotected sex with him five times before learning he was HIV-positive. Rossi said that she only discovered his health condition after finding his medication. She allegedly became pregnant after the discovery, and claims that Sheen told her that she’d “give birth to a retarded child.”

That’s not the only claim in Rossi’s lawsuit. Rossi says Sheen was violent with her during their relationship.

Rossi has not commented on the lawsuit or Sheen’s HIV status, but she did take to twitter on Thursday to take a stand against violence.

Sheen and Rossi, whose real name is Scottine Ross, got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2014 but their relationship ended just eight months later. Sheen’s publicist, Jeff Ballard, released a statement announcing that the two were calling things off.

“Scotty and I had a great year together and we traveled the world and crossed a lot of things off our bucket list,” Sheen said in a statement to Us Weekly. “She’s a terrific gal, but we’ve mutually decided to go our separate ways and to not spend the rest of our lives together.”

A couple of months later Rossi took to Twitter to vent about her relationship with Sheen and claimed at the time that the truth would be revealed. Radar Online also obtained video footage of Rossi accusing the actor of abuse, as well as attempting to pay her $100,000.
