Chloe Lukasiak is moving up in Hollywood. Just days after the first trailer for Lifetime’s “Center Stage: On Pointe” was released, it has been revealed the former “Dance Moms” lead already has a second movie lined up.

Director and producer Timothy Armstrong posted a photo of the 14-year-old dancer and actress posing on the set the film “Cowgirl’s Story” on Twitter Monday. In the shot Lukasiak is posed next to her new co-star and off-screen friend Bailee Madison. Madison, 16, is also serving as a producer on the project.

“Cowgirl’s Story,” which is inspired by the Louisa May Alcott’s novel “Little Women,” will follow a high school cowgirl whose military parents are in tour in Afghanistan, a press release from Cinemills Media reveals.

Madison will portray the new girl in town, Dusty Rhodes, who has trouble fitting in because she’s a cowgirl. She forms a “special connection” with Lukasiak’s “goth” character Savanah, whose father was killed in the line of duty. Dusty, who struggles with her mom’s deployment in the U.S. Army, creates an equestrian drill team. Her new life seems to be going well (she even gets a date to the prom!) but everything comes crashing down when she finds out her father has to deploy and she must live with one of her teachers.

Other cast members include singer/actor Pat Boone and Aidan Alexander, who plays Madison’s love interest Trevor.
