Lori Loughlin has enough legal woes to deal with at the moment, but if things continue the way they are behind closed doors, she may have to add one more by filing for divorce.

The 55-year-old and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli are in the middle of a legal battle surrounding their involvement in an admissions scandal where they alleged paid $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters, Oliva Jade and Isabella Rose into college, but sources revealed to Us Weekly the couple could potentially face more than just jail time. They could face a divorce.

"Their daughter Bella is extremely concerned they’re going to get divorced," an insider revealed.

Apparently, despite showing a united front in court, the couple has been having marital problems and arguing a lot. Most recently, the pair butted heads over transportation plans for one of their hearings.

"The couple was advised by their lawyers not to [take a private jet]," the source said. Loughlin agreed, “but Mossimo insisted, saying it would be a ‘zoo’ if they flew commercial."

Add that to the fact that the only reason the "Full House" actress has been in court recently is due to Giannulli and his recommendation for them to reject the plea deal they were offered in April, and some close to the couple think it's a recipe for a break-up. However, the actress reportedly doesn't think so.

"Her friends think she should leave him," another insider shared. "But Lori refuses and says the ordeal has made them stronger."
