Actress Lori Loughlin has been a point of discussion since March after it came to light she would be facing federal fraud charges regarding her alleged involvement in the nationwide college cheating scandal. She now reportedly realizes that her actions during one of her court hearings may not have helped her case.

On April 3, the mother of Olivia Jade, 19, and Bella, 20, waved and signed autographs for "Fuller House" and Hallmark movie fans before facing her federal fraud charges. Now, she reportedly wishes she could turn back the hands of time and look just a bit fazed by the fact that she may face prison time.

The 54-year-old and her husband, clothing designer Mossimo Giannulli, 55, were accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to college consultant William "Rick" Singer in order to assure that their two daughters would be admitted to University of Southern California. In April, Loughlin and her husband pleaded not guilty to two conspiracy charges related to the ordeal.

"Lori regrets wearing the khaki pantsuit and smiling so much on her way into court,” a source tells Us Weekly. "But she didn’t want to walk into the courthouse looking ashamed and guilty."

The source continues, "She believes she’s innocent and she wouldn’t have pled not guilty if she didn’t think she wasn’t guilty."
