Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo has tested positive for the coronavirus, the Portuguese soccer federation said in a statement.

Ronaldo is isolating himself and is not exhibiting symptoms. The rest of the team tested negative for the coronavirus Tuesday.

On Monday, Ronaldo posted a picture of himself with his teammates on social media.

The news means Ronaldo will be forced to miss Wednesday’s UEFA Nations League game between Portugal and Sweden. Ronaldo last competed Sunday in a draw against France.

Ronaldo could miss several more games as he stays in quarantine. The 35-year-old had been set to play in Juventus’ Serie A contest against Crotone Saturday. Ronaldo’s status appears to be in doubt for Juventus’ Champions League match against Dynamo Kyiv, which is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 20.

Portugal has two victories and a draw, tied atop Group 3 with France in the UEFA Nations League standings with seven points. Sweden is at the bottom of the group with no points after three matches.
