Jojo Siwa pushed herself to complete her dance routine for Monday's episode of "Dancing With the Stars" despite feeling numb in some parts of her body due to a minor injury.

The 18-year-old singer, in an exclusive interview with ET Online, spoke about sustaining an injury in the middle of her salsa performance to Janet Jackson's "Feedback."

"Doing that dance, I was just living in the moment. Then all of the sudden, halfway through, I got the worst feeling in my neck. I cracked, popped, and snapped something. I couldn't feel anything from my hip to my head. I was like, 'That is not ruining this moment,'" Siwa said in a joint interview with her dance partner Jenna Johnson.

"I couldn't see. I literally couldn't do anything until I up got to pick [Johnson] up at the next lift. I was like, 'Get it together. Four eights. Pull it off,'" she told ET's Mark Cohen.

Despite the injury, the Nickelodeon star said she felt "pumped up" as she pushed through the salsa and moved through the Rumba routine to Jackson's "That's the Way Love Goes." They were competing against Olivia Jade and Johnson's husband Val Chmerkovskiy.

"We had the best night. We killed our dance, nailed all our lifts, hit all our tricks, killed it. Then we came out and did rumba. Killed it. Got the two bonus points, murdered our night," she said.

While the pair managed to pull through despite Siwa's injury, it was not a perfect night as some contestants, including Jade and Chmerkovskiy, were sent home during the double elimination night. Singer Jimmie Allen and his partner Emma Slater also got the boot during the "DWTS" Janet Jackson night.

Speaking about Jade and Chmerkovskiy's elimination, Siwa told Johnson. "Obviously, you're kinda close with Val. Not like married or anything, but like married and Olivia is so awesome. [She] had become one of my best friends here. Saying goodbye to them tonight was brutal."

"It sucks," Johnson said. "I am devastated for [Chmerkovskiy and Jade], because I know the hard work they've put into this season. I honestly thought they were going straight to the finals, so I'm a little bit confused."

"I know how much Val loved this season. This was the first time he got to dance in a while, and I think Olivia was the perfect partner for him... The four of us had this team gang thing together and I'm just sad. It just sucks. It's the worst," the 27-year-old dance champion continued.

Siwa and Johnson made history as the first same-sex dancing partners to take part in "DWTS."

Johnson said being partnered with Siwa is different from having male dancing partners as the experience has led her to do new things for the show.

"I think, with JoJo, what's different from some of my male partners is that I can't rely on moves that I know will work, or that I know will feel good, or look good, or that I've done in the past. Everything that I'm doing this season is new," she told Yahoo Entertainment.
