• A source claimed Demi Lovato is experiencing "issues" with ex Max Ehrich following their split in September

  • This comes a day after Ehrich was spotted crying at the beach where he proposed to Lovato

After photos of Max Ehrich crying at the beach where he proposed to Demi Lovato surfaced, the “Sorry Not Sorry” hitmaker is reportedly having “issues” about her ex-fiancé “not leaving her alone.”

An unnamed source told E! News that Ehrich has been reaching out to Lovato’s family and friends, but they all blocked him. Moreover, the insider claimed that the songstress is in talks with her lawyers to find a solution for her situation with her ex.

Since breaking up in September, two months after they got engaged, Lovato has remained mum on the split. The opposite can be said of Ehrich, who took to social media to air details about the breakup.

Ehrich previously claimed in a now-deleted post that he learned about their engagement being called off through a tabloid.

“Imagine finding out to the status of your relationship through a tabloid. While your (sic) in the middle of filming a biopic movie about a Pastor in a Christian Church whose intention of the film is to help people,” he wrote.

However, a People source refuted this claim, saying that Lovato had informed the “Young and the Restless” actor that the breakup will reach the media. While the two are staying tight-lipped about the cause of the split, an insider said that the pair experienced problems just as they began getting back to work.

“Demi and Max were basically together 24/7 for months. They lived in a bubble with zero stress, and everything was just fun. Now they are both working and are on separate coasts,” the source said.

It wasn’t clear if Ehrich’s social media posts were a move to get Lovato back, but they made things worse, another tipster said late September. Due to his actions, the singer allegedly doesn’t want anything to do with him.

“Demi wants no contact with Max at this point. She is completely embarrassed at the way he's been acting and putting their relationship on blast via social media. She wants nothing to do with him,” the insider added.

At the time, the source said that Lovato’s family and friends were surrounding her and “are all keeping her occupied and rallying around her."
