The Powerball drawing on Wednesday night did not yield any grand prize winners for the estimated $388 million jackpot with a cash value of $280.5 million and failed to result in any instant millionaires.

However, there were plenty of other wins as the jackpot climbed to an estimated $409 million.

The winning lottery numbers drawn on Wednesday night were 9, 22, 41, 47, 61, with a red Powerball pull of 21. The PowerPlay was 2X.

The next Powerball drawing will take place on Saturday, and the jackpot will grow to an estimated $409 million, with a $295.7 million cash option.

There were no players that became instant millionaires following the latest lottery drawing. If a player would have matched five numbers, they would have won $1 million. However, players that would have hit the Match 5 with the 2X Power Play would have won $2 million.

Despite the lack of million-dollar wins, several smaller monetary prizes resulted from the Wednesday night Powerball drawing.

There were 11 players who hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball and won $50,000 each. Meanwhile, seven players hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball with a 2X Power Play, winning $100,000.

The other monetary prizes from the latest lottery drawing ranged between $4 and $200.

Powerball jackpot winners can receive their winnings through either a one-time lump sum payment or an annuity. Players who select the annuity receive one immediate payment followed by 29 annual payments, which increase by 5% every year.

Powerball is played in 45 states, including Washington, D.C., as well as Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
