“We’re All in This Together,” at least, virtually. ABC’s “Disney Family Singalong” has talent including Ariana Grande and Josh Groban on its long list of musical performers for the Thursday night special, which serves to raise awareness about Feeding America’s efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The Disney Family Singalong” is almost a “High School Musical” virtual reunion, as stars from the original 2006 film will come together along with their other former Disney Channel peers to sing a special rendition of “We’re All in this Together” from their homes.

Ortega is responsible for event participation from original franchise stars Vanessa Hudgens, Zac Efron, Corbin Bleu, Ashley Tisdale, Monique Coleman and Lucas Grabeel, who he reached out to individually. Helping Ortega and the original cast with the song will be actors/artists from Disney +’s “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” as well as cast members from Disney Channel's “The Descendants” and "Zombies." One of Disney Channel’s original stars, Raven-Symoné, is also participating in the group number as well as TikTok’s biggest star Charli D’Amelio and her sister Dixie.

“Everyone we reached out to was quick — and you’ll see it in their spirit and the way they come together from their homes,” Ortega told Deadline. “They recognize this is an opportunity to strengthen spirits for those joining us for the broadcast.”

Since the special was first announced last week, it has continued rapidly growing a large list of artists from all areas of the music industry, many who have had some connection to Disney. Grande and Groban, along with Demi Lovato are among the latest singers to be included in the lineup.

The event kicks off with a special introduction from "Maleficent" star Elle Fanning, a vocal warm-up by Kristin Chenoweth of Broadway’s “Wicked” fame (as well as Disney Channel's "The Descendants") and is hosted by Ryan Seacrest. Other performers include superstar singers like Christina Aguilera and Michael Bublé, country acts like Little Big Town and Thomas Rhett, and even stars from hit Disney movies like Auli'i Cravalho, Luke Evans and Josh Gad. Expect even more star power in PSAs throughout the night about Feeding America and how to help local food banks.
