Since Phaedra Parks was fired from the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” in May, there has been talk that the former reality star may return to the Bravo series. Despite what others may think, the mother of two revealed that she actually isn’t interested in coming back to the series.

Phaedra was recently spotted at LAX where she shared whether she had plans on returning to “RHOA” following her shocking termination from the series.

“You know what? I have no desire to. I’ve turned the page. I love being happy. I love living drama-free. My kids are happy. I’m able to enjoy life,” she told TMZ.

The media outlet’s paparazzi then asked Phaedra if she was physically affected by the drama that went on during the show, and the star revealed that there were times where she became ill from dealing with the tumultuous storylines.

“It had a physical effect on me. It makes you sick sometimes because it’s a lot to deal with. Any woman that does reality, they should be congratulated and praised because, honey, it’s a lot to it, and people don’t really understand until they have done it,” she explained.

Now that Phaedra has found herself in what she believes is a better environment, she told the paparazzi that she is content with her situation and isn’t dwelling on the past. “God delivered me. When he sets you free, you can’t go back,” she said.

In September, sources told Us Weekly that there was a chance Phaedra could make a cameo on Season 10, but returning to the show as a full-time cast member was out of the question. “Phaedra has been talking to some of the women of ‘RHOA’ again but has not filmed any scenes so far,” another insider revealed.

“They are still filming so anything could happen and there is room for a cameo, but she has not returned and obviously still isn’t part of the cast,” the source added.

Phaedra was fired after Season 9 when she confessed to lying about Kandi Burruss trying drug co-star Porsha Williams and take advantage of her. Although Phaedra has apologized for the lie, no one on the cast seems interested in associating with her.

When “Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 10 premiered in November, Porsha revealed that Phaedra has reached out to her on several occasions since she was fired. However, the model revealed that she was still hurt by her friend’s lies and isn’t ready to mend their relationship just yet.
