Dwayne Johnson showed hus wife, Lauren Hashian, why people call him “The Rock.”

On Saturday (April 18), Johnson took to Instagram to share a glimpse of his life in quarantine with his spouse. The “Fast and Furious” star confessed that they have butted heads during the lockdown while they are at home and offered marital advice to couples who might be going through the same.

“Last night, we poured ourselves a couple of glasses of Teremana [tequila],” Johnson said on the video. “We had a nice little toast of gratitude, and then we started practicing making babies again. You’re welcome. I showed her why they call me ‘The Rock.’”

Johnson and Hashian share two daughters Jasmine, 4, and Tiana, 2. In the caption of his post, Johnson wrote how the quarantine affected his marriage and how she and Hashian are working together to enjoy the stressful time.

“@laurenhashianofficial and I are doing our best during these stressful times. We realized kinda quickly how critical it was for us to be ultra considerate, caring and empathetic of one another,” Johnson wrote. “Be even better listeners. Even better communicators. Recognize that during these times, we’re not operating at full brain & emotional EQ capacity as we usually are.”

Johnson also acknowledged how one can get snippy and short-tempered over some silly matter. When this happens, “grab you partner by the shoulders” and “look them directly in the eyes and say with full conviction ‘baby, you’re not wrong… you’re just not used to being right.’”

He suggested to count a few seconds until both belly laugh.

He added to sip some Teramana later that night and suggested to “make some more babies.” Johnson concluded his message by wishing everyone to “Stay healthy” and signed his message with “Dr. Rock”

Johnson was previously married to Dany Garcia. It took him over a decade to remarry again. The “Jumanji: The Next Level” star admitted in an interview with The Wall Street Journal that his divorce affected him. He also gushed on how Hashian was being patient with him.

“I wasn’t fearful of getting married again, there was just some hesitancy. But Lauren was incredibly patient: ‘I love you, you love me, we have this amazing life together — no presh,’” Johnson said.
