  • Elliot Page joked that he's testing his "new phone" with a shirtless selfie Sunday
  • His post has since gone viral, receiving more than 1.5 million likes on Instagram
  • Page came out as transgender and updated his gender pronouns to "he/they" last year

Elliot Page has been working hard at the gym even during the holidays.

The "Umbrella Academy" star, 34, took to Instagram Sunday to show off his six-pack in a shirtless mirror selfie following the food-filled Thanksgiving festivities. In the photo, Page posed next to a bed, wearing nothing but a necklace and black sweatpants, socks and slippers.

"Oh good my new phone works," Page wrote in the caption.

The post has since gone viral, receiving more than 1.5 million likes on Instagram.

"You’re gonna break that phone [though] with your intense hotness," commented filmmaker Ian Daniel, whom Page previously worked with on "Gaycation."

"Edge of coffee cup-looking hot," Mae Martin wrote. "Elliot, you look amazing and so happy!!" one fan commented.

"Brooooo," wrote Tommy Dorfman. "New phone??" Awkwafina commented. Rain Phoenix responded with a series of fire emojis.

This wasn't the first time Page had posted a shirtless photo. In May, he revealed the outcome of his top surgery in a poolside snap, smiling as he wore his first men's swimsuit.

"Trans bb's first swim trunks," the Oscar-nominated actor wrote in the caption, using the hashtags "#transjoy" and "#transisbeautiful."

Back in August, Page also shared on Instagram Story a shirtless selfie that he appeared to have taken from his trailer on the set of an upcoming project. He added a "TGIF" sticker to the snap.

Page has been open about his gender transition and his top surgery, or subcutaneous mastectomy — a surgical procedure that, for trans men, removes breast tissue, alleviating gender dysphoria.

He previously revealed during his March interview with Time that he was recovering after undergoing the procedure back in December 2020, when he came out as transgender, reintroduced himself as Elliot and updated his gender pronouns to "he/they."

In April, Page shared his reason for publicly speaking about the surgery when he sat down for an interview with Oprah Winfrey. According to him, the procedure has not only changed his life but also saved him.

"I want people to know that not only has it been life-changing for me, [but] I [also] do believe it is life-saving and it's the case for so many people," he explained. "Because there is such an attack on trans health care right now, when already there is such a lack of access or trans people who don't even want to go to the doctor."
