Elliot Page showed off his body in his first shirtless photo after undergoing top surgery.

On Monday, Page shared on Instagram a poolside photo of himself to celebrate a new milestone—wearing his first pair of swim trunks.

In the snap, the 34-year-old Oscar-nominated actor beams at the camera as he flashes his abs in red swim trunks, a blue baseball cap and aviator sunglasses. He accessorized with a silver necklace.

"Trans bb’s first swim trunks #transjoy #transisbeautiful," he captioned the image, which has received over 2.1 million likes on Instagram in less than 12 hours.

This marked Page's first shirtless photo after he announced via his Time cover story in March that he underwent top surgery, a procedure to remove breast tissue for transgender men, according to Mayo Clinic.

His post was flooded with supportive messages from followers and fellow celebrities, including his "Umbrella Academy" co-stars.

"Dude I see why you crushed me on that workout!" Justin Cornwell teased, while Justin H. Min commented, "okkk summer ready."

Britne Oldford wrote, "Man, you are beaming!" Emmy Raver commented, "OMG! Yes! and LOOK AT THAT SMILE!!!"

"look a dat handsome boi," gushed "Broad City" comedian Ilana Glazer wrote. Nina Dobrev commented, "You look amazing... and most of all happy."

"that smile!" Geni Rodriguez commented, while Julianne Moore added, "Happy summer @elliotpage."

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus commented, "Hot" with a heart emoji.

Last month, Page, who came out as transgender in December last year, opened up about his surgery in a sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey for Apple TV+'s "The Oprah Conversation," calling it "life-changing" and "life-saving."

"I wanted to talk about it for a couple of reasons," Page told Winfrey. "I wanted to share with people just how much it has changed my life. And I want people to know that not only has it been life-changing for me, I do believe it is life-saving and it's the case for so many people... and because there is such an attack on trans health care right now, when already there is such a lack of access or trans people who don't even want to go to the doctor."

The "Juno" star's ex-wife, Emma Portner, showed support for Page when he came out as transgender last year through social media.

"I am so proud of @elliotpage," Portner wrote. "Trans, queer and non-binary people are a gift to this world. I also ask for patience & privacy but that you join me in the fervent support of trans life every single day. Elliot’s existence is a gift in and of itself. Shine on sweet E. Love you so much."

In January, Page and Portner decided to file for divorce after three years of marriage.

"After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce following our separation last summer. We have the utmost respect for each other and remain close friends," they said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.
