Erika Jayne's estranged husband Tom Girardi is not willing to fund her lavish lifestyle after their divorce because he rejected her request for spousal support.

Jayne, 49, filed for divorce from her husband of 21 years in November. During her filing, she asked the court to award her spousal support. However, Girardi, 81, didn't agree with it.

The powerhouse attorney requested to terminate the court's ability to award Erika spousal support. He also asked that she pay his attorney's fees, Us Weekly reported.

In her filing on Nov. 2, Jayne asked the judge to block her husband from requesting spousal support from her. The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star announced their separation a day after she filed for divorce.

"After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi. This is not a step taken lightly or easily,” she said in a statement at the time.

"I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together. It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserve. I request others give us that privacy as well."

Jayne and Girardi are facing legal charges from law firm Edelson PC on behalf of several families who lost their loved ones from the Boeing plane crash in 2018. The lawsuit alleged that they used their divorce to embezzle money to fund their lavish lifestyle.

"Tom has resorted to embezzling the proceeds of settlements that should have been directed to his clients — including, as the basis for this Complaint, the widows and orphans who lost loved ones in the tragic crash of Lion Air Flight 610 — in order to continue funding his and Erika’s lavish Beverly Hills lifestyles," the court documents obtained by People read.

The lawsuit claimed that the couple only divorced to protect their finances and the move was a way to "hide and divert assets." It also alleged that Girardi's law firm, GK, was already "on the verge of financial collapse and locked in a downward spiral of mounting debts and dwindling funds."

Meanwhile, Erika Jayne remains active online. She shared a stunning photo of her amid the legal battle she’s facing and captioned it, "High drama." She also recently shared a throwback photo of her posing topless with her arms covering her breasts when she was still a teenager.

"Ahhh 18..." she wrote in the caption.
