KEY POINTS

  • Shanna Moakler has previously insulted Khloe Kardashian and called her a "donkey"
  • The model also had an infamous feud with Travis Barker, who is now Kourtney Kardashian's husband
  • Moakler married the Blink-182 drummer on Oct. 30, 2004, and called it quits on Feb. 11, 2008

Shanna Moakler isn't taking comparisons to Khloe Kardashian lightly, throwing shade at the Good American founder after an Instagram user said they looked alike.

The former Miss USA made heads turn as she left little to the imagination in a sexy Instagram photo posted on Monday. She flaunted her curves while donning a matching yellow lingerie set and posed like she was in a photo shoot.

But Moakler also caused a buzz after she accused Kardashian of getting plastic surgery. She threw shade at the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum after her fans said they looked similar in her recent photo.

One Instagram user commented, "Girl Khloe got the same face," to which she replied, "I think her surgery came out beautiful!"

After seemingly suggesting that the 38-year-old "Kardashians" star had plastic surgery, she put more fuel to the fire by adding, "Khloé doesn't even look like Khloé."

Kardashian has yet to respond to Moakler's recent comments about her.

It isn't the first time Kardashian became a victim of Moakler's criticisms.

In a 2009 appearance on "The Wendy Williams Show," the former beauty queen referred to Kardashian as a donkey. Khloe hit back through her Twitter account, saying she did not even know her.

In February, the model spoke about the incident on "Celebrity Big Brother." During a confessional interview, she said that calling Kardashian a donkey on national TV was not one of the finest moments in her career.

Moakler apologized to her and agreed they truly did not know each other for her to make the controversial remark.

The "Pacific Blue" star was also previously married to Travis Barker, to whom Khloe's sister, Kourtney, tied the knot several times this year. Moakler shares daughter Alabama and son Landon with the musician.

Moakler offered her full support to Barker and his new wife after learning about their marriage.

"I wish the happy couple a lovely marriage. I will continue to only want the best for my children," the former model said. "It was a beautiful gesture to include my children in such a gorgeous affair."

Moakler also thanked fans when Barker got hospitalized at the Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on June 28. At that time, she said that her ex-husband would feel better with the help of the best medical teams and Kourtney, whom she called "a beautiful wife."
