Mia Khalifa and her fiancé Robert Sandberg started a new tradition.

On Tuesday, Khalifa took to Instagram and shared a snap of her with Sandberg. In the photo, she looks gorgeous in her black dress that highlights her curves. Meanwhile, Sandberg is dapper in his white shirt, black blazer and matching black pants.

According to the ex-porn star they dined at The French Laundry, a fine dining restaurant in California, for the first time. And she said that it was the start of their new tradition.

"Me to @robertsandberg after dining at @_tfl_ together the first time: 'this is tradition now, and if you break tradition, I’ll break up w you' Now I’m googling 'evening-wear face masks' because the tradition continues next month," she wrote in the caption.

Sandberg commented on Khalifa's post.

"Traditions are meant to be broken! Let’s go to Oklahoma instead? Pleeease," he wrote along with a red heart emoji.

Sandberg frequently appears in Khalifa’s posts on Instagram. The former adult entertainer loves to flaunt the love of her life on social media.

Sandberg proposed to Khalifa in March 2019 during a trip to Chicago. According to him, he hid the ring in a bowl of dried ingredients and it came out as a "new serving." His then-girlfriend and now-fiancée was so curious and too eager to taste it, so she started eating the inedible ingredients.

"I told her not do it and then I put the ring on the finger. I love you so much," Sandberg wrote.

He also thanked the team who helped him carry out his proposal.

"Thank you @chefjohnshields and team for a really good night and for making this happen. #happydays," he added.

Mia also shared a photo of the proposal on her social media account. In the snap, she is seen sitting on Sandberg's lap while showing her finger with the engagement ring as she stares and smiles at him.

"Vi är förlovade!!!" she wrote which translates to "We're engaged!!!”

In a separate post, Khalifa said she wasn't expecting Sandberg's proposal that night. They were having dinner to celebrate his visa and she thought he hated restaurant proposals.

"Robert has planted the seed so deep in my mind for so long that he hates restaurant proposals so I never, EVER, saw this coming. I love y’all so much! Thank you!" she wrote.

The lovers were supposed to get married in June. However, they pushed it back due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
