The Final Four betting odds suggest that March Madness 2022 will come down to Duke and Kansas. Duke is favored over North Carolina in the first-ever NCAA Tournament meeting between college basketball's biggest rivals. Kansas is the betting favorite against Villanova, which is seeking its third national championship in six years.

Here are picks against the spread for the Final Four, as well as updated betting lines. Point spreads and over/unders come from DraftKings Sportsbook.

Villanova (+4.5) vs. Kansas, 132.5

Considering the way both defenses have played during March Madness, the first team to score 60 points might win. Kansas is giving up fewer than 60 points per game in the NCAA Tournament. After holding Michigan and Houston to 99 total points in the tournament’s second weekend, Villanova has held eight straight opponents to 65 points or fewer.

Villanova’s veteran leadership gives the Wildcats a chance to pull off the upset. Collin Gillespie and Jermaine Samuels were both part of Villanova’s 2018 national title team. Villanova commits the 12th fewest turnovers per game and holds opposing teams to 30.1% three-point shooting.

The loss of Justin Moore could prevent Villanova from beating Kansas. Jayhawks star Ochai Agbaji had 18 points, five rebounds, four assists and four steals in the Elite Eight and will probably be the best player on the floor.

Prediction ATS: Villanova, Under 132.5

North Carolina (+4) vs. Duke, 151

The most highly anticipated Final Four game in recent memory should live up to the hype. With tons of offensive talent in both starting lineups, the ACC rivals are going to play a competitive, high-scoring affair.

Duke scored more than 80 points in both of its regular-season matchups with North Carolina. In seven games since spoiling Mike Krzyzewski’s final home game, the Tar Heels have put up at least 93 points on three separate occasions. Both teams are playing their best basketball of the season.

Duke’s talent and execution at the end of games might be too much for North Carolina to overcome. Paolo Banchero has played like a top-three draft pick in the tournament. UNC’s improved guard play and double-double machine Armando Bacot will keep this game close until the end.

Prediction ATS: North Carolina, Over 151
