It is rumored that Jenelle Evans has already been replaced on "Teen Mom 2" after being fired by MTV following her husband David Eason's dog scandal.

The network announced they had cut ties with Jenelle after working for her for nearly a decade, saying in a statement on Tuesday, "MTV ended its relationship with David Eason over a year ago in February 2018 and has not filmed any new episodes of 'Teen Mom 2' with him since."

A spokesperson added, “Additionally, we have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season."

The firing comes after her husband David was reported to have killed her dog Nugget on April 30. The reality star confirmed the news one day later on Instagram.

Now, according to The Ashley's Reality Roundup, "Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant" cast member Jade Cline will be joining the "Teen Mom 2" cast alongside stars Kail Lowry, Leah Messer, Chelsea Houska, and Briana DeJesus. This will be the first time MTV has moved a cast member from one "Teen Mom" show still in production to another.

A source added that Cline actually began filming "Teen Mom 2" scenes around the same time as the show's co-stars "just in case" MTV was unable to resolve ongoing production issues with Jenelle. That turned out to be a wise decision.
