It will be a day of grief and harsh truths for the residents of Port Charles as they deal with the consequences of their actions. On the Tuesday, August 14 episode of “General Hospital,” Michael mourns the death of his and Nelle’s baby, as Ava confronts Franco.

In the promo for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) tells Michael (Chad Duell) they need to plan his baby’s funeral. Now that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is out of their lives, the Corinthos family can start to clean up the mess she made and it appears Carly thinks it’s time for her son to say a proper goodbye to his baby boy, Jonah.

Even though the family is still dealing with the heartbreaking loss of the newborn, viewers are aware that Michael’s baby is very much alive and living with Carly’s brother, Lucas (Ryan Carnes).

Nelle gave Brad (Parry Shen) her baby in exchange for his baby boy, who died in his sleep, and made him promise to raise her son so he wouldn’t grow up in the Corinthos household.

Although Brad was initially reluctant to take Nelle up on her offer, she explained she was going to lose her baby because of the crimes she confessed to. Instead of letting him grow up with his father, she wanted the choice of picking who would raise her son before she was taken to jail.

Will Brad tell Michael that Jonah is alive before the funeral, or will he continue to keep Nelle’s secret and stand by as the young father says goodbye to a baby that isn’t actually his?

“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Franco (Roger Howarth) apologizes. Franco attempts to make amends for the huge mistake he made, but it seems he fails to come across as apologetic and instead berates Ava (Maura West).

In the ABC promo video, Franco tells Ava that finding out about Kiki (Hayley Erin) sleeping with Griffin (Matt Cohen) is only a fraction of what she deserves.

Ava was upset when she found out her boyfriend and daughter were fooling around behind her back. However, that quickly turned into fury when she realized Franco had no intention of telling her the truth, seeing as he meant to share that information with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) instead.

Will Ava let her rage get the best of her or will she accept Franco’s notion that Kiki and Griffin’s affair was just karma for all of the awful things she has done?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
