Nelle (Chloe Lanier) wants to be the only woman in Michael’s (Chad Duell) life on “General Hospital.” The actors are pictured in a scene from a previous episode. ABC

Nelle is on a mission to become the center of Michael’s world and the first thing on her to do list is to get rid of his mother, Carly. On the Thursday, Feb. 15 episode of “General Hospital,” Nelle will attempt to convince Michael his mother may not be as perfect as he believes she is.

Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is positive Michael (Chad Duell) still cares for her even though he has said he no longer has interest in pursuing a romantic relationship. However, she believes Carly (Laura Wright) is preventing Michael from embracing his true feelings and needs to be eliminated.

In the promo for the upcoming episode of the ABC soap opera, Carly is heard saying if Nelle could get rid of her, she would do it in a heartbeat.

In the previous episode, Nelle told Ava (Maura West) she had a plan to get Michael back no matter what it cost. However, she didn’t share the details of her scheme.

Later on, Nelle headed to a pay phone to make a call and it turns out Carly was the recipient. Although Nelle was initially silent, she eventually pulled out an electronic device that was revealed to be a voice changer. The voice on the device turned out to be Carly’s dead son, Morgan (Bryan Craig).

“GH” spoilers reveal Nelle will have to think on her feet when she is almost caught taunting Carly. Meanwhile, Michael is expected to receive an unsettling call.

In the promo, Nelle appears worried as she calls someone on her cell phone urging them to get down to Kelly’s right away.

Spoilers suggest Nelle, who has a reputation for crying wolf if she thinks it will make Michael pay attention to her, will call the father of her child in a panic.

Although he is known to drop everything when he believes their baby is in danger, will Michael’s latest emergency visit result in Nelle turning him against his mother?

If Carly believes Nelle is behind Morgan’s haunting phone call she will tell Michael and alert him about Nelle’s latest game, but if Nelle manages to get to him first, she can spin the story to her advantage, and trick Michael into thinking his mother is losing her mind.

In the past, Carly has been very vocal about her dislike of Nelle and her scheming ways but it looks like Nelle may have finally gained the upper hand in this ongoing battle.

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
