It will be a day of intimidation and avoidance for the residents of Port Charles as they are confronted about their pasts. On the Friday, Oct. 12 episode of “General Hospital,” Nelle returns to cause Michael more pain while Sam is pressured to discuss her relationship with Jason.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) tells Michael (Chad Duell) that Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) reign of terror will be over. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Michael is nervous.

Nelle is finally going to court to be properly punished for her crimes but before that happens, she will have a conversation with Michael that may make the grieving father anxious about what she is planning next.

Nelle is still hiding the fact that their baby never died and Brad (Parry Shen) is actually raising their son. Nelle previously sent Michael a letter suggesting he may find comfort by being around Brad and Lucas’ (Ryan Carnes) child, but will she give him a hint about what she really meant?

Although Carly believes Nelle’s scheming days are done, is her reign of terror really over or is this just a warm up before she completely ruins Michael’s life?

Elsewhere, in the ABC promo video, Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) tells Sam (Kelly Monaco) she would rather have a conversation about her and Jason (Steve Burton). “GH” spoilers reveal Sam has a late lunch date with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

After a steamy makeout session that was interrupted by Alexis, Sam told Jason she still cared for him but wasn’t ready to take things to the next level just yet. Happy that she was willing to give their relationship a chance, Jason agreed to wait for Sam and was willing to follow her lead as they tried to rekindle their romance.

However, discussing her level of intimacy with Jason is probably something Sam would like to keep to herself rather than making it the topic of conversation with her mother and little sister.

Will Sam be forced to share what’s really going on between herself and Jason or will she managed to change the subject?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
