It will be a day of confrontation and reflection as the residents of Port Charles open up about their feelings. On the Thursday, Nov. 1 episode of “General Hospital,” Carly threatens Ava as Michael and Chase discuss their pasts with Nelle.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) tells Ava (Maura West) she is coming for her and it’s not going to end pretty. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Ava confronts Carly.

Ava has been having a difficult time ever since she learned Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Griffin (Matt Cohen) slept together. However, now that she has discovered the two are dating, she has been unable to control her rage.

When Ava runs into Carly, it will be moments after her latest heated encounter with Kiki. In the previous episode, Ava told Kiki she wouldn’t allow her to be in Avery’s (Ava and Grace Scarola) life and warned her daughter that she had messed with the wrong woman.

Fired up from the heated exchange, she will take her anger out on Carly. The women have a confrontational past, especially when it comes to Avery, who has come to think of Carly as her mother. Will Ava confront Carly about getting too close to her youngest daughter or is there something else the scorned woman needs to get off of her chest?

“GH” spoilers reveal Michael (Chad Duell) and Chase (Josh Swickard) will bond over Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Although Michael and Chase were able to put Nelle in jail for the many crimes she has committed, they both still feel guilty that Jonah died in the process.

However, the men are unaware the baby boy is perfectly alive and well with Brad (Parry Shen). Nelle secretly switched babies with Brad right after she gave birth in order to keep her son away from Michael and his family.

Since holding a funeral for the newborn, Michael has been struggling to properly grieve the death of his son. Meanwhile, Chase has been torn up about allowing Michael to take their plan against Nelle so far that it cost Jonah his life.

Will their tattered history with Nelle bring Michael and Chase together in a positive way or will the trip down memory lane send the men to an even darker place?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
