‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Nelle’s Flashback Expose The Truth About Nina’s Daughter?

Nelle is determined to live the life Carly has and won’t stop until she gets it. On the Thursday, April 9 episode of “General Hospital,” a flashback from Nelle’s past with Carly may expose a connection to Nina.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) tells Carly (Laura Wright) that he wanted them to be sisters and he asked her to stay. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Nelle is observant.

In the previous episodes, viewers saw several flashbacks featuring a young Carly (Eden McCoy) and a young Bobby (Cynthia Watros). During the trips to the past, viewers saw Carly tell her mom that she didn’t want to stay in Florida.

Carly explained that she wanted to be rich and live in a big house. However, Bobby realized Carly wanted to leave town because she didn’t want to become like her mother. In the present, Carly was trying to convince Nelle to drop the lawsuit against the hospital.

Nelle decided to sue the hospital after Carly forged her signature so Wiley (Erik and Theo Olson) could have life-changing surgery. Although Carly offered to pay Nelle to drop the lawsuit, Nelle confessed that she didn’t want the money.

Instead, she wanted to become like Carly. Although Carly has done terrible things to people in Port Charles, she has been forgiven and is accepted by the people in town. It appears Nelle will try to make Carly see her point of view by bringing up the past in the form of a flashback.

However, in a photo from the upcoming “GH” episode, a young Nelle is pictured wearing a half heart necklace. Viewers will recall that Nina (Watros) was previously holding the same necklace and believed the other half belonged to the daughter she never met.
