It’s summertime on the set of “Gilmore Girls”!

Recently, Scott Patterson, who portrays Luke Danes on the pop culture infused dramedy, shared a behind-the-scenes image from the upcoming Netflix reboot.

“Team meeting in my basement,” he captioned the blurry selfie of the show’s creator Amy Sherman Palladino, executive producer Dan Palladino, actor Sean Gunn, writer Helen Pai and two other crew members. “#backupvocalistauditions.”

The Twitter picture reveals that the cast and crew are currently working on voice-overs for episode 3, titled “Summer.” That means production for the four episodic installment is nearly over! Sherman-Palladino previously teased that the show would kick off with winter and conclude the series in autumn — and if that’s the case, the crew only has one more season to record voice-overs for before the show can stream to Netflix.

“It worked to open on snow and have a colder, starker environment than end on a lusher, warmer, golden-y town, which lends to where the story will end,” the mastermind behind “Gilmore Girls” told TVLine in February why she wanted to conclude the story in autumn.

Patterson and Gunn, who plays the lovable and eccentric character Kirk, aren’t the only residents of Stars Hallow recording for the anticipated reboot. “Supernatural” stud Jared Padalecki, who played Rory’s (Alexis Bledel) boyfriend Dean in the seven season series, dished that he’ll begin voice-over work in August.

As Padalecki finalizes his part in the film, he’ll also get a chance to steal a sneak peek look at Sherman-Palladino’s work. “I get to watch it on Aug. 1 because I get to do my voice-over and stuff like that,” he told Us Weekly.
