“Gotham” Season 4 will air every Thursday instead of Monday. Fox

“Gotham” won’t be enjoying its regular time slot every Monday night when Season 4 rolls about because Fox has decided to move it to Thursday.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the show’s move is the biggest one Fox has made thus far. The network is probably pitting the Batman origin story against NBC’s “Will & Grace” reboot and ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy.”

One of the things fans are hoping for next season is the formation of the Gotham City Sirens, which consists of Harley Quinn, Selina Kyle (Carmen Bicondova) and Poison Ivy (Maggie Geha). When Heroic Hollywood asked Bicondova about the trio’s possible formation next season, she answered that she’s not so sure. However, the actress said the show will probably delve into it in the future. “We haven’t really dived into that yet as of right now. I think that eventually it will happen,” she said.

The actress added that joining the Sirens would be “cool,” although she has no clue how that will go. “I have no idea because some things are shaking up this season, so we never know!” she said.

Since “Gotham” is notorious for veering away from the original Batman mythos, it’s possible they will incorporate Jessica Lucas’ Tabitha Galavan into the Sirens as well. Lucas is all for the girl group, and earlier said in an interview that it would be fun seeing the girls in action. She even revealed that the showrunners and writers are already cooking up something special for the Sirens.

“Oh, I don’t want to spoil anything, but I think that is the plan. I love that they started it out in an unexpected way with Barbara and Tabitha because neither one of those characters are part of the [Gotham City] Sirens in the comic books,” she said. “But I think there is room for growth, there is room for new members and I think it would be great to have some sort of girl gang going on next season. So I hope so, but I’m not sure yet!”

Lucas’ character is in a tough spot right now because of her allegiance to Barbara Kean (Erin Richards). All Barbara cares about is herself, and she made Tabitha upset when she decided to help Ed Nygma (Cory Michael Smith), even though she knew Nygma cut off Tabitha's hand.

Lucas told Comic Book Resources that Barbara is really going to push Tabitha to the limit, so her loyalty will definitely be put to the test. “You’re going to see her really pushed, and really, really upset, and that’s going to keep growing and growing, and the tension between her and Barbara is going to keep growing and growing, and eventually will have to play out in some way, come to a head in some way,” she teased.

Lucas added that Tabitha won’t plan to destroy Barbara to get to the top spot of Gotham City’s underworld, but by the end of the season, she’ll be in a “really vulnerable place” and find herself needing a new alliance.

For now, “Gotham” Season 3 airs every Monday at 8 p.m. EST on Fox.
