From YouTube vlogging to saving Los Angeles, Grace Helbig and Hannah Hart are proving they can do it all. The actresses, best know for their respective YouTube channels It’s Grace and My Harto, star in the upcoming comedy “Electra Woman and Dyna Girl.” The first trailer for the movie shows that the women will be sticking to the genre they know best, comedy, but there will be a superhero twist.

Electra Woman (Helbig) and Dyna Girl (Hart) are small town superheroes in Ohio who get the attention of a Los Angeles agency after a video goes viral. The trailer shows the two getting a serious wardrobe upgrade and maybe a few ego issues too. After Dyna Girl is labeled a sidekick and Electra Woman wants to be the main star, it seems like the two will run into some trouble. But when Los Angeles is threatened, they’ll have to put aside their differences.

The film, which is based on a 1976 children’s TV show, is the latest in a line of ventures Hart and Helbig have embarked on together outside of vlogging. The two made another movie, “Camp Takota,” together last year and are currently filming the comedy “Dirty Thirty” together. Clearly, the two are great friends, so it makes sense that camaraderie is a theme of the movie.

“The most interesting and relatable thing in the series is the underlying friendship,” Helbig told MTV. “Because even if they are quote ‘superheroes’ during the day, they’re still human beings when they’re not chasing down villains … I’m really proud of being able to showcase a really strong and layered female friendship through this superhero lens.”

The trailer also revealed when fans can finally see the movie. “Electra Woman and Dyna Girl” will hit all major digital retailers on June 7, and a web series will follow at a later date.
