The Green Bay Packers can sit back and relax on Wild-Card Weekend as they await their postseason opponent. The NFC North champions have secured a bye and the conference’s No.2 seed, giving them three possible opponents for their first 2020 NFL playoff game.

Green Bay is scheduled to host a divisional playoff game on Sunday, Jan. 12 at 6:40 p.m. EST. It will be either the New Orleans Saints, Seattle Seahawks or Philadelphia Eagles that visit Lambeau Field with a trip to the NFC Championship Game on the line.

The Minnesota Vikings are the only NFC playoff team that has no chance to play the Packers in the second round.

New Orleans is the most likely opponent for Green Bay in two weeks. The Saints are favored by eight points at home against the Vikings in Sunday’s first-round matchup, according to OddsShark. A New Orleans victory would guarantee a Saints-Packers divisional playoff game.

If the Vikings upset the Saints, Green Bay’s opponent will come from the winner of Sunday’s contest between the Seattle Seahawks and Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles will host the wild-card game, but the Seahawks are a slight road favorite.

Seattle won two more regular-season games than Philadelphia.

The Packers ended the season on a five-game winning streak. Green Bay was tied for the NFC’s best record at 13-3. The San Francisco 49ers are the No.1 seed because they defeated the Packers in Week 12.

Green Bay went 7-1 at Lambeau Field, winning its last five home games in the 2019 season.

The Packers are back in the postseason for the first time in three years. Aaron Rodgers is 3-2 in his career in home playoff games.
