Gwen Stefani wished her boyfriend Blake Shelton a happy 43rd birthday on Instagram. The singer shared some throwback pictures of the country singer, and she also shared a video of him getting a kiss from a sea lion.

“Happy b day to my favorite human,” Stefani wrote in her post on Instagram. The pop star added that she can’t believe that Shelton is her boyfriend.

In her post, Stefani shared some throwback snaps of Shelton. The photos included the country singer with long hair, wearing a cowboy hat and denim jeans. The “Hollaback Girl” singer also shared a few photographs that were taken more recently, including selfies of the two of them.

The video that Stefani shared was taken at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, Illinois. The couple appears to have gone on a special birthday tour at the aquarium, where Shelton got a kiss from a sea lion.

An eyewitness told E! News that Stefani and Shelton were “just lovely” at the aquarium. The source said that the couple had some “great, private family time.” The two singers were apparently in a “great mood,” and they got to see some of the animals there behind-the-scenes.

Although Stefani and Shelton went for a special tour of the aquarium, insiders said that there wasn’t any special birthday celebration. However, everyone knew that it was his birthday.

Shelton has been getting birthday wishes online, and he thanked everyone on Twitter for their wishes. He also thanked Garth Brooks for a “dream collaboration.” Shelton and Brooks will be performing their single “Dive Bar” in front of an audience in Idaho soon.

Perhaps the sweetest birthday message Shelton got was a video from CMN Hospitals. A group of children wished the country singer a happy birthday in the video, and they also thanked him for supporting children like them.
