Kanye West was hospitalized and placed on 5150 psychiatric hold on Nov. 21. The news left fans worried about his well-being and scrambling for answers about what may have lead to the “Famous” rapper’s alleged mental breakdown.

While Kanye’s camp and the Kardashian family remained tight-lipped about the situation as it unfolded, it appears the answers we’ve all been waiting for may soon be released. According to Entertainment Tonight, scenes related to Kanye’s hospitalization are being filmed for E!’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

Sources close to the reality series told the publication that Kanye has not allowed the cameras to be around him, but that it will be addressed in future episodes. Cameras never entered the facility Kanye was being treated at. It was previously reported that the show may end following the incident, though that does not appear to be true.

“He’s never been a fan of having the cameras around him,” the source told ET Online. “We’re told the show’s producers will be cautious about how they address Kanye’s hospitalization on the upcoming season.”

While filming continues for the show, rumors are swirling about the status of he and Kim Kardashian’s marriage. Several publications claim Kim is living separately from Kanye to protect her children, but her BFF Jonathan Cheban claims that’s just not the case. On Wednesday he told E! Online that he had spoken to Kim and Kanye recently, calling divorce rumors “hysterical.”

“I just FaceTimed Kim and Kanye and everyone’s talking about some divorce rumors and I was laughing because I didn’t hear that all day and I guess everybody else apparently here did and it’s so funny to me because it’s so not true,” Cheban said during the DailyMail holiday party. “I don’t know where people come up with the stories but it’s literally hysterical but Jennifer Aniston has also been pregnant like 1,000 times so it’s kind of a joke.”

Divorce or no divorce, People magazine reported that the last few months have been trying for the couple. A source told the publication that both Kim and Kanye had been under a lot of stress, which was a likely contributor to the Grammy award winner’s hospitalization.

Kanye was hospitalized days before Thanksgiving for dehydration and sleep deprivation. A 911 call, placed by Dr. Michael Farzam, was released after the “Father Stretch My Hands” singer was sent home from UCLA Medical Center. The call detailed his physician’s concerns, highlighting the severity of the situation. During the call the doctor requested that the dispatcher send police along with the paramedics, as he feared the ambulance workers alone wouldn’t be enough. He was warned by the operator to keep weapons and anything that could be used as a weapon away from Kanye and to call back if he got combative.

“If you can bring both [police and paramedics], yes” Farzam said on the tape obtained by ET. “I think he’s definitely going to need to be hospitalized, so I wouldn’t just do the police by itself, I think he needs to…”

Kanye has not spoken out since he was released from the hospital. Kim has also been relatively quiet on social media following his release, though she has not been very active online since she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris in October.
