  • Jared Kushner has an estimated net worth of $800 million due to his endeavors in the real estate industry
  • The couple recently bought a $24 million property in Florida that was surprisingly unmaintained

Former President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump and her real estate developer husband Jared Kushner recently purchased a Florida mansion in a 1.3-acre estate for $24 million. However, the property is in need of a major renovation since the couple bought it even though it was unmaintained.

The property is located in South Florida and features an 8,510-square-foot mansion equipped with six bedrooms and a double staircase. The outside has manicured landscaping, a resort-style pool and a large dock. It was initially developed in 1994 and sold for $7 million in 2008, sources told The Real Deal.

The couple is also believed to be the buyer of award-winning singer-songwriter Julio Iglesias’ Indian Creek Island lot in December 2020, which was priced at $32.2 million. The pair joins several other billionaires and celebrities who consider Indian Creek their home, including Carl Icahn, Eddie Lampert and Bob Diener.

Kushner is from a business-oriented family who owns the Kushner Companies, a real estate firm that has worked with multi-billion dollar deals in the last decade. The family’s wealth largely comes from property investments. Trump’s husband has a net worth of $800 million from his various endeavors in the real estate industry, Celebrity Net Worth reported.

Trump, on the other hand, is a businesswoman and model who had a reported net worth of $375 million in 2019, according to Forbes. The majority of her wealth came primarily from her father’s business empire. However, she also earned a lucrative amount from her own business ventures.

At the end of 2010, Trump launched her own brand of footwear that was sold via department stores, such as Macy’s and Lord & Taylor. She also included handbags in her apparel collection, as per Business Insider. A couple of years after the launch, Trump’s brand was earning more than $75 million revenue annually, Celebrity Net Worth indicated in another report. The profit meant the businesswoman received up to $10 million per year from her brand.

While Trump and her siblings Donald Jr. and Eric do not have ownership stakes in the vast majority of their father’s businesses, they each have 7.5% stakes in the Trump International Hotel.
