After months of house-hunting, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have finally found the perfect home for their blended family, according to reports.

Affleck and Lopez are about to become the new owners of a massive 20,000-square-foot home in the Bel-Air area of Los Angeles, TMZ reported, citing unnamed real estate sources. The couple reportedly agreed to pay more than $50 million for their new love nest.

While the deal has not yet closed as it is still contingent on inspections, according to TMZ's sources, the pair is getting a deal for the property as it was initially listed in February for $65 million.

Sources told the outlet that Lopez's and Affleck's respective children will be living with them at the extremely private home, which is surrounded by trees and has a great view of the city.

The property, known as "The Bellagio Estate," stands on 1.1 acres of land offering golf course views, the New York Post reported, citing the estate's listing. The home lies almost directly across the street from the main entrance to the Bel Air Country Club.

The home, built in the 1930s, was designed by architect Paul Williams. It has undergone some big modifications in the almost nine decades since its creation.

The mansion has 10 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and four kitchens, including the main kitchen, a catering kitchen and two others designated for staff and the guest house.

The home also features a formal dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, a wet bar, theater and gym.

The estate's outdoor amenities include a vast lawn with an infinity edge pool and pocket gardens throughout.

The property is currently owned by Texas hedge fund manager Todd Lemkin, who bought the place for $27.6 million in 2016.

The purchase of the Bel Air home is a big step in the relationship of Affleck, 49, and Lopez, 52, who rekindled their romance in April 2021, nearly two decades after they called off their engagement.

The Hollywood celebrities met in 2001 when they filmed their movie "Gigli," and by 2002, they were engaged. They called it quits in January 2004.

Lopez went on to marry now-ex-husband Marc Anthony, with whom she shares 14-year-old twins Max and Emme.

Affleck, meanwhile, was married to Jennifer Garner from 2005 to 2015. Their divorce was finalized in 2018. They share daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina Rose, 13, and son Samuel, 10.

During an interview on SiriusXM’s "The Howard Stern Show" in December 2021, Affleck admitted that the media attention around their romance played a huge role in his and Lopez's 2004 breakup.

"I would say it was about 50% [of what destroyed our relationship]," he said.
