In just a few short hours the fans will get to see the trailer of “IT: Chapter 2,” which is one of the most highly anticipated horror films this year. The evil clown will return once more in the movie, and Bill Skarsgård, who plays the main character, recently shared a few details about what the fans can expect to see this time around.

Pennywise (Skarsgård) felt fear for the very first time in the previous film. That emotion will fuel anger and hatred towards the children who made him experience it for the first time, Skarsgård told Entertainment Weekly. The actor teased that his villainous character will be “even more vicious” in the sequel.

To a large extent, the evil clown will be the same as what the fans saw in the first film. "IT: Chapter 2" will maintain the continuity of the character, but Skarsgård teased that the sequel will also explore the “unpredictability” of the monster that can “shock” the audience.

There is a time gap in “IT: Chapter 2.” The film is set 27 years after the events of the first film. The children who took on the monster will be all grown up in the movie, and they will have to come together once more in order to destroy the evil clown once and for all.

The first trailer of the film will be released today at 12 p.m. EST, Screen Rant reported. The fans who went to the CinemaCon earlier this year got a chance to see the first teaser, but that video was not released online.

The link to the trailer has already been posted on YouTube, along with a countdown. “WITNESS THE END OF IT,” the screen of the “IT: Chapter 2” trailer link reads, along with a picture of a red balloon.
