Jana Kramer and husband Mike Caussin are no longer together.

A source confirmed to Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday, Aug. 24, that the 32-year-old country music singer and the 29-year-old football player have separated.

The cause of the split was not confirmed, but the source noted that Caussin is currently being treated in a rehabilitation center for undisclosed reasons.

A close friend of Kramer told the news outlet that she has been “devastated” by the split and has just been “trying to put on a brave face and do what's best for her daughter” as she continues to promote her second studio album, “Thirty One.”

Kramer and Caussin — who welcomed their only child, daughter Jolie Rae, in Nashville in January — tied the knot in May last year in a rustic outdoor ceremony in Charlottesville, Va.

"We feel extremely blessed to have found each other and are so fortunate to have shared our day with close friends and family," the two told Us Weekly in a statement at time of their wedding. "We look forward to sharing our lives together.”

Kramer, who is also known for her role as Alex Dupre on drama-sports series "One Tree Hill," started dating Caussin in Aug. 2014. Four months later, Caussin — who most recently played for NFL’s Washington Redskins — popped the question to the singer.

“It was a beautiful surprise,” Kramer said of Caussin's proposal in a statement to People. "He was the perfect gentleman. Nervous, on one knee, and surrounded by some of the people that love us the most.”

Prior to her relationship with Caussin, Kramer got engaged to fellow country musician Brantley Gilbert in Jan. 2013, but they never made it down the aisle as they broke up August that year.

Kramer was married twice before. She was previously married to Michael Gambino, and then to actor Johnathon Schaech from 2010 to 2011.
