It’s no secret that rapper Jay Z and “Lemonade” singer Beyoncé are one of music’s hottest power couples, but Forbes revealed Wednesday how much money the entertainers earn as a duo. The stars, who are parents to 5-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, are officially a billion-dollar couple. While Beyoncé amassed $350 million, Hova garnered $810 million. That means together they have a combined net worth of $1.16 billion — and that number is only growing.

Jay Z, 47, left the sole title of rapper a long time ago. He quickly became an entrepreneur, purchasing companies like the streaming service Tidal for $56 million two years ago and owning other ventures like the clothing line Roc Nation, Armand de Birgnac and more.

Jay Z once claimed to be retired from music, but that didn’t last for long. He released hits like “Drunk in Love” with his wife and plans to start hitting the road to perform during summer festivals, Forbes wrote. Last week, he reportedly signed a $200 million deal with Live Nation.

He first signed with them in 2008. The contract was a ten-year, $150 million deal. “I’ve turned into the Rolling Stones of hip-hop,” the rapper said when the deal was first signed.

Now, he’s renewed his 10-year deal, but upped it by $50 million. “Jay Z is one of the world’s preeminent touring artists,” Michael Rapino, Live Nation's president and chief executive officer, said in a statement last week. “This strengthens the creative and business partnership of someone that continues to expand his touring base and reach.”

The New York native commented on continuing his business relationship with Live Nation. “Live Nation and I entered unchartered territory in 2008,” Jay Z said. “Over nine years, we have traveled the world producing historic music experiences. Michael Rapino is an industry visionary, and this renewed partnership is a testament to our longstanding relationship and the talented individuals at Live Nation. For the next ten years, we will continue redefining the live event landscape.”

As for Beyoncé’s share of the wealth, she always wants to make more money. “I'm never satisfied,” she told Forbes in 2009. “I’ve never met anyone that works harder than me in my industry.”

When he went on her “Formation” tour last year, Beyoncé, 35, earned ore than $256 million in ticket sales and merchandise, VH1.com noted.

The singer always remained focus on her brand and career, remaining professional at all times. “I’ve worked too hard and sacrificed too much to do something silly that would mess up the brand I’ve created all of these years,” said Beyoncé.

While she might seem untouchable, Beyoncé admitted that she sometimes is insecure about her music. “Like everyone else, you work really hard and you want it to be great; you want your friends to like it,” she said. “What makes me feel comfortable is practice and knowing I’m prepared. But I still, of course, get nervous.”

The singer is currently pregnant with twins. She did not announce her due date.
