Jennifer Garner got candid about her huge "mom fail" moment.

The "Miracles from Heaven" star appeared on "The Late Late Show" Tuesday with Greg Kinnear. During her guesting, Garner, who shares three children with ex-husband Ben Affleck —Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10, shared the most embarrassing thing she did when she responded to her kids' coach. She also noted that Kinnear was one of those who received her email.

"So, we have kids who do the same activity and I emailed the coach one weekend, kind of being funny about my kid and saying, 'Well, this one seems to be getting a little womped this weekend,'" Garner said while recounting the incident. "'So, what does that mean for tomorrow morning because we have something planned? What does that mean typically?' And I was being funny, I thought I was being funny."

She continued, "Turns out it was the one time in my life I replied all. I replied to everyone on the team, to every parent, including you and Helen [Labdon]."

The "Yes Day" star asked Kinnear, 58, if he could still remember the incident, and he confirmed that he did. "I do remember this. I remember thinking, 'Jennifer Garner is a raging lunatic.' Sweet enough, but I had no idea," he said.

Kinnear assured Garner that she wasn't alone in making the embarrassing mistake. The Oscar-nominated actor said he also had the same experience, but his version was "not as bad." The actress jokingly asked if his email also came off as "cute and funny" and the "You've Got Mail" star replied with a laugh, saying, "No, no, no."

In a previous interview with People, Garner shared how happy and excited she was when her kids were getting back to school. Her extra excitement was due to her eldest child, Violet, entering high school.

"I love back to school. I'm ready for it," Garner told the outlet. "I love high school football games. I loved any high school game. I'm so excited to have a high schooler and to get to go."

The celebrity mom also shared how her kids prepare each night for school. According to her, they have everything ready the night before, including their clothes. They have a charging station by the door, and their phones are already in their chargers.

Garner then complimented her children, saying they are "more organized than I am, honestly."
