Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck Tour $65M Mansion On 'Billionaires' Row' In Los Angeles: Report

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez appear to be ready to take their reignited romance to the next level as according to a report, they were recently spotted looking at houses together.

In a clip and photos obtained by Daily Mail, Affleck drove the two of them in a black Mercedes as he and Lopez toured a number of multimillion-dollar mansions around Los Angeles Thursday. At one point, the "Justice League" star and the singer got affectionate and shared a sweet kiss before they headed into one of the properties they were looking at.

Affleck dressed down in a dark T-shirt and sported his rugged dark beard. The "Hustlers" actress also went for a casual look and put on modest makeup.

Lopez had her brunette tresses tied back in a sleek ponytail, showing off her diamond earrings. She also put on a pair of sunglasses, which she later removed after they parked.

One of the homes they visited was a $65 million mansion that's part of L.A.'s "Billionaires' Row" in Holmby Hills, according to the outlet. It features eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and has over 31,000 square feet of space.

Lopez was also spotted touring schools in the area for her twins Emme and Maximilian, 13, in recent days, the outlet noted. The singer is normally based in Miami, Florida, where her children can spend time with their father and her ex-husband, Marc Anthony.

Last month, an unnamed source told E! News that Lopez was ready to move to Los Angeles, where Affleck is based, for a fresh start with the actor.

"She will be between L.A. and the Hamptons this summer, but L.A. will be her base. She is looking at schools for her kids in the fall," the insider said. "She is excited about a fresh start and pursuing things with Ben. They will be at their L.A. home soon."

Sources also told Us Weekly last week that Affleck and Lopez are ready to take the next step in their relationship.

"Ben and Jen are spending almost every night together when they’re not working," the source said. "They plan on moving in together very soon."

According to the insider, both Affleck and Lopez don't feel that they're "rushing things."

"As far as Jen sees it, she and Ben have their whole lives now to set things up in a comfortable way. She intends to be an involved stepmom who’s there for Ben in that area, plus she’ll want him to make the same effort with her and Marc’s kids," the source continued.

Affleck and Lopez were previously engaged in the mid-2000s. They got back together in May, just weeks after she and Alex Rodriguez called off their engagement after four years together.
