Jennifer Lopez's mom Guadalupe Rodríguez has collaborated with her daughter's boyfriend, Ben Affleck.

Lopez's mother, who goes by Lupe, appeared to have had a lot of fun in her funny cameo in Affleck's new ad for WynnBET, a mobile sports betting and iGaming app from Wynn Resorts. In the clip dropped by the company Monday, she could be seen excitedly playing the slots.

"Come on, Lupe! You can do this girl," she tells herself in the commercial. "Just like the slots in St. Louis."

The "Justice League" star hears her as he walks past her and says to himself, "St. Louis?"

Former Miami Heat player Shaquille O'Neal then emerges from an elevator just as Affleck is calling the team "terrible." The actor quickly backtracks after realizing that the 7-foot-1 former NBA player was just behind him, saying, "They're terrible now. They used to be amazing. You know, when Shaq played."

Affleck directed the ad, which also featured Melvin Gregg and other sports betting enthusiasts.

The ad was filmed back in June, just a few weeks after Affleck and Rodriguez were spotted backstage at the Vax Live Concert where Lopez performed. At the event, Lopez said she wasn't able to spend Christmas with her mom due to the pandemic.

"First time in my whole life. We've been away too long, but she's here with me tonight, and she's vaccinated," Lopez said as quoted by Entertainment Tonight. "When I was thinking about what song to sing tonight, I remembered the song she always used to sing to me when I was a baby. So if you would indulge me, I'd love to sing that one tonight ... you guys know this one!"

Lopez then invited her mom up onstage and asked her to sing Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" with her.

Following their respective splits from Alex Rodriguez and Ana de Armas Lopez and Affleck reignited their romance in April. They originally began dating in July 2002 after meeting on the set of their movie "Gigli." They got engaged that November but called off their engagement in January 2004.

An unnamed source told People in June that Lopez's mom and Affleck were very close. Rodriguez had reportedly been rooting for them and was sad when they split.

"Guadalupe loved Ben. She was sad when they couldn't work things out years ago. She is thrilled that they are back together now," the source said.

The insider continued, "Jennifer is very close with her mom. It's very important to her that the person she is with gets along with her mom. Jennifer loves that Ben and Guadalupe hung out in Las Vegas. They both love gambling and had fun together at the Wynn hotel."
