  • The singer also wished dads everywhere a happy Father's Day this year

Justin Timberlake shared a photo of his second son, Phineas, for the first time as he marked Father's Day on social media.

The "SexyBack" singer took to Instagram Sunday to share series of photos with his kids and to wish dads everywhere a happy Father's Day. Timberlake also expressed his gratitude to his dads and grandfathers for everything they've taught him.

"Being a dad is better than I ever could have imagined," Timberlake wrote. "Thankful to my dads and my grandfathers for leading the way, making the sacrifices for me to live out my dreams, and for teaching me that REAL LIFE happens in all the little moments. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there!!!"

One photo featured his two sons Silas, 6, and Phineas, 1. In the picture, Timberlake appeared to be playing a video game with Silas sitting by his side, while Phineas is on the floor holding a toy. The children's faces were concealed in the image.

Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel, welcomed their youngest child in 2020. Fans were surprised by the news because the couple never announced that they were expecting. However, those who have been following Biel and Timberlake closely were not shocked since the pair is notoriously private about their personal life.

Since Phineas' arrival, they have been adjusting well as a family of four. "They are spending time together as a family in both Montana and Los Angeles," an unnamed source told People at the time. "They seem happy."

After months of keeping their second baby a secret, Timberlake confirmed the news when he appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in January.

"He's awesome and so cute," Timberlake told host Ellen DeGeneres. "Nobody's sleeping, but we're thrilled. We're thrilled and couldn't be happier. Very grateful."

Timberlake also shared that the 63-year-old host was among the few "outside of the immediate family" who knew about Biel's second pregnancy.

DeGeneres recounted how she learned about the couple's second child. "I think we were FaceTiming and you said, 'Hey, you want to know a secret?'" she said. "Then Jessica walked in and you put your hand on her stomach. You were like, 'I'm having another baby!'"

When asked to compare parenting two kids and caring for one child, the former Nsync singer joked, "We don't see each other anymore."

"It's a lot of fun. I guess the saying goes go from a zone defense to a man-to-man really quickly. It's great. Silas is super excited," he said.

Timberlake added that Silas has been adjusting to life as a big brother well and is "very much liking" having a younger sibling.
