Kim Kardashian has filed paperwork to have a judge declare her legally single amid her divorce to Kanye West, however, the “Donda” rapper won’t allow their marriage to end without a fight.

West recently filed documents denying claims in which Kardashian alleged he attacked her parenting skills and her boyfriend, “Saturday Night Live” star Pete Davidson, on social media.

Ahead of an upcoming hearing, the 44-year-old rapper’s lawyer stated the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum has no proof he wrote the now-deleted posts and claimed the posts are hearsay.

“Kim claims she read something online allegedly by Kanye and characterizes the posts in her declaration as misinformation ... Kim needed to offer the social media posts into evidence, and show that the posts were written by Kanye,” the attorney alleged.

While the documents claim Kardashian can’t prove who wrote the social media post, it doesn’t deny West wrote them.

In the court filings, West’s lawyer also claimed the estranged couple’s prenup is not valid due to a presumption that prenups signed after 2001 in California are invalid.

The only way to validate the document would be a trial or if both parties agree. When West and Kardashian were married in 2014, they had a prenup, but it appears the rapper no longer sees the document as valid.

The “Donda 2” rapper previously filed documents in which he would agree to allow Kardashian to be legally single based on several conditions including, freezing all of their assets. Kardashian reportedly rejected the offer.

Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February 2021, following six years of marriage. She has since moved on to Davidson, while West has been linked to actress Julia Fox and Chaney Jones.
